Return / Exchanges

Am I able to return my item(s)?

Yes, clothing items are eligible for return for store credit only if they are returned to Cherokee Rose & Co. within 7 days of you receiving the item(s). These returns MUST be unworn, unused, free of stains (including makeup and deodorant), and unwashed! Any original tags must be attached as well. If the item(s) are not received back under these conditions the return will not be accepted and will be sent back to buyer at their cost. I will not cover shipping cost to send back any unaccepted returns. 

Can I exchange my item(s)?

At this time, exchanges are processed based on the items you purchased. Reach out to me at cherokeeroseok@gmail.com to see if you’re eligible for an exchange or store credit! 

What if my order contains a final sale item(s)?

If your item was final sale, a custom order, jewelry, headwear, or seasonal items, it is not eligible to return or exchange.

Pre-Orders:

I ask that you try to not cancel any preorder items. Every order is placed in specific quantities per the customers orders. I do my best to give you an accurate turnaround time in each item description, but sometimes it can be extended due to warehouse delays, weather, family, etc.

Can I cancel my order?

Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of the time you place your order. If you’re wanting to cancel an order, please reach out to me at cherokeeroseok@gmail.com within 24 hours of payment and I will let you know if I’m able to cancel your order or not!

What do I do if I receive a damaged package/items?

Please reach out to me at cherokeeroseok@gmail.com before 2 days has passed of receiving the damaged item(s) with pictures of the damage. Return shipping will be arranged with you via email after a picture of the damage is shown. Once the item is returned back to me, I will issue you a store credit for the item(s) that were damaged.

Personalized & Custom Items: At this time, I do not allow refunds or exchanges on any personalized or custom items. Each item is designed and created with a single customer's specifications and or photos, therefore it is impossible to.
